Andy Brasseur now an OGourmet Consultant!

A specialist in sensory analysis accredited in the Jacques Puisais method (France), president of the Quebec Tasting Institute, a speaker and a sensory awakening trainer, Andy Brasseur is one of the few specialists in this field in Canada.

She will assist OGourmet in the development of sensory analysis criteria for OGourmet products and their evaluation by tasting panels.
